Yes, our team is very experienced in sourcing hard to find obsolete equipment.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No, there is flexibility on the type of accounts you can hold with us including Pre-payment / credit terms. That operate on a transactional purchase order basis.

Do you offer service contracts on CNCs?

We do not offer mechanical service contracts. However, we can offer service contracts against electronic equipment, contact us for more information.

Do you offer a support/Maintenance contract?

What warranty do you give on repairs?

A full 12 month whole of unit warranty from when the unit is returned to you.

Can I buy an Extended Warranty?

Yes, and you will be reminded as your current warranty is about to expire.

How do I get technical advice?

Contact us by email giving as much detail as possible and we will call you back.

Do you provide detail analysis of work carried out?

All completed repairs are returned with a detailed service report.

What range of kW drives can you repair?

We can repair units up to 200kW.

What size of motors can you repair?

We can repair motors up to 350kW.

What are your test rig capabilities?

For our most popular repairs please see our test-rigs page. Bespoke test-rigs are being created daily to facilitate our customers unique requirements.

How do you dispose of hazardous waste?

We operate under a waste duty of care policy to ensure that as much as possible is recycled and any hazardous waste is disposed of responsibly.
